形容词变最高级的变化规则
①一般情况：+est（最高级）
e.g quiet--the quietest
bright--the brightest
dear---the dearest
clever---the cleverest
②词末为-e(不发音）+st
eg.fine --the finest
nice---the nicest
cute---cutest
close---the closest
white---the whitest
large--largest
free--freest(特殊）
③重读闭音节（即辅音+元音+辅音），双写末尾大的辅音字母+est
eg:hot--the hottest  big--the biggest   red---the reddest   wet---the wettest   sad--the saddest   fat--the fattest    thin--the thinnest   fit--the fittest
④少数以辅音字母+y结尾的双音节 原根词：变为i+est

one of the +最高级+名词的复数，表示“是最...之一者”
eg:Shanghai is one of the most beautiful cities in China.

当主语是分数或百分数时，谓语动词的单复数由of后面的名词决定，当名词是复数时，谓语动词用复数。当名词是单数或不可数名词时，谓语动词用单数。
